2️⃣ Review & Approval — Our team reviews within 2–3 business days and notifies you.
3️⃣ Item Pickup — If approved, we arrange pickup. Pack securely in original packaging.
4️⃣ Refund Initiated — Once received and inspected, refund initiated within 2–3 business days.
5️⃣ Refund Credited — Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📹 Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/refund claims. Please record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Are there any refund exceptions?

• Refunds are only processed for approved return requests.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not offer cash refunds — all refunds go to the original payment method.

How long does the refund take?

Who covers return shipping?

✅ If the return is approved due to a defect or our error — we arrange pickup or cover the shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

When can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
